The project « EMRIC - Long term Electromagnetic Robustness of nanoscale Integrated Circuits » is a scientific project leaded by a young research team of the LATTIS laboratory of INSA de Toulouse. The project is funded by the Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) within the framework of « Jeunes chercheuses et jeunes chercheurs »
This project, funded for a period of 4 years, is focused on the electromagnetic robustness (EMR) of integrated circuits, i.e.the effect of the natural aging of integrated circuits on electromagnetic compatibility compliance. EMRIC is in line with the long term reliability of embeded systems topic, which is a critical issue for numerous industrial applications (such as autmotive, aeronautics, space, energy...).
